Psalm 100
Make a joyful noise unto the LORD, all ye lands.
Serve the LORD with gladness: come before His presence with singing.
Know ye that the LORD He is God: it is He that hath made us, and not we ourselves; we are His people, and the sheep of His pasture.
Enter into His gates with thanksgiving, and into His courts with praise: be thankful unto Him, and bless His name.
For the LORD is good; his mercy is everlasting; and his truth endureth to all generations.
Psalm 100 is a powerful text from the Bible to support and encourage the practice of using music as a tool for worship both in our personal lives and in our churches. At Rosemont we strive to bring genuine full praise and worship to our God and Savior in everything we do. Our ministry through music includes adult and children’s choir that meet every Wednesday evening. The adult choir sings and leads in worship regularly every Sunday morning. The Kid’s Choir prepares drama and music to offer in worship once a month. Our music is accompanied on Sunday mornings by talented musicians on the piano, drums and guitar. We sing a mix of new and old hymns and praise songs and enjoy lifting our voices together in praise.
